【摘 要】目的：探讨温针灸疗法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将我院146例颈椎病患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组，患者各73例。治疗组采取温针灸疗法治疗颈椎病，对照组采取基础的常规针刺疗法。两组均行推拿按摩辅助巩固治疗，观察治疗组与对照组患者的治疗效果，探讨其临床意义。结果：治疗组治愈41例，有效29，总有效率95.89%。对照组治愈32例，有效31例，总有效率86.30%。治疗组的治疗效果要明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：温针灸治疗颈椎病的疗效显著，复发率低，若能同时增加其他辅助性的治疗，效果会更佳，在临床上有较大的应用价值，值得推广。
