【摘 要】目的：探讨早期康复训练对急性期脑卒中患者的影响。方法：将160例急性期脑卒中患者分为专科护士组和对照组各80例，用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)量表对其治疗前后效果进行评价。结果：专科护士组患者NIHSS评分和ADL评分较对照比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：神经内科专科护士在脑卒中急性期为患者行早期康复具有积极意义。
