超选择动脉溶栓利用微导管可使溶栓药物直接作用于血栓，药物用量小，具有较高的溶通率。在基底动脉尖综合征患者发病的第一时间内，及时进行超选择接触性动脉溶栓，能改善患者的临床转归。
