【摘要】 目的：探索中醫特色护理在阑尾炎切除手术患者中的护理效果。方法：选择120例阑尾炎切除手术患者为试验对象，选择区组随机化分观察组和对照组，各60例，分别选择中医特色护理、常规护理。结果：观察组并发症发生率3.33%，首次排便时间(31.75±3.16)h，首次进食时间(24.37±2.96)h，首次肛门排气时间(21.13±1.95)h，肠鸣音恢复时间(18.96±2.33)h，切口愈合甲级率85.00%，均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对阑尾炎切除手术患者实施中医特色护理效果显著。
