【摘要】 目的：评价彩超引导下穿刺钢丝标记定位在无体征乳腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2017年6月收治的28例经彩超检查怀疑为乳腺癌、无任何体征的患者作为研究对象，对本组患者实施彩超引导下穿刺钢丝标记定位诊断，术中根据导丝位置将病灶切除，进行病理检查，术后再次对病理组织进行免疫组化分析。结果：28例患者中，共5例患者被诊断为乳腺癌，所占比例为17.86%，其余23例患者均为乳腺良性病变，具体病理类型包括纤维腺瘤、乳腺增生、导管内乳头状瘤、乳腺囊肿等。本组患者彩超引导下穿刺钢丝标记定位后进行病理检查的诊断结果与术后病理组织免疫组化分析结果一致。结论：彩超引导下穿刺钢丝标记定位能够对乳腺病变组织进行精确定位，有利于提高无体征乳腺癌的早期确诊率。
