【摘要】 分泌性中耳炎作为耳鼻咽喉科的常见病，是导致听力下降的常见原因之一。其发病机制仍不确切，可能与咽鼓管功能障碍、感染、免疫反应等因素有关。目前咽喉反流性疾病引起分泌性中耳炎是的主要讨论的热点之一，本文就两者相关性及研究进展做一综述。
