综上所述，SLE患者细胞免疫紊乱是一个比较复杂的过程，中间所涉及的分子途径尚未能完全清楚。本项研究的病例数量有限，对部分SLE病例进行对比研究，试验结果有一定的局限性，更深一步研究还需要大样本、多中心的研究，以便得到更准确、更具有说服力的数据资料。本项研究认为CD4+T淋巴细胞百分比降低与疾病活动性相关，可以作为疾病活动的一个参考指标，定期监测T淋巴细胞亚群分析，对于临床症状不明显的患者病情活动的评估具有更大意义，为指导临床用药和预测远期预后提供依据。
