     【摘要】 目的：探讨联合专科护理在预防老年糖尿病骨折患者并发症的方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析2010年以前采用日常护理的老年糖尿病骨折患者并发症发生率，并与实施了联合专科护理的老年糖尿病患者骨折并发症发生率相比较。结果：联合专科护理护理患者并发症发生率低于日常护理患者的并发症发生率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联合专科护理实践模式，可提高老年糖尿病骨折患者的护理质量，减少并发症的发生率。
