[摘要]管碟法是目前国内外常用的抗生素微生物检定法，方法经典成熟，灵敏度高，能直观地反映抗生素药品的抗菌活性。本文通过查阅资料及实际操作经验总结，对管碟法测定抗生素效价的影响因素进行分析、归纳，并提出合理有效的解决方案，旨在减少外界与人为因素引起的误差，使测定结果与真实值更为接近，使试验的准确性得到有效提高。
