宣郁通经汤联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂在卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者术后的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨宣郁通经汤联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)在卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者术后的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月～2019年1月我院收治的100例经腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢子宫内膜异位症(Ⅲ～Ⅳ期)患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)、对照组(50例)。对照组患者采用亮丙瑞林治疗方案，观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用宣郁通经汤治疗方案。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后性激素[雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平、中医症状积分、痛经积分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后的总有效率高于对照组，不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的中医症候积分、痛经积分、性激素水平均低于對照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宣郁通经汤与GnRH-a联合用于卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后患者中，可提高其临床疗效，降低中医症候积分与疼痛积分，改善性激素水平，且能减少长期单一服用GnRH-a药物所带来的不良反应，治疗效果较好。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) in the postoperative patients with ovarian endometriosis. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019， 100 patients with ovarian endometriosis (stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ) treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Leuprolide， and the patients in the observation group were treated with Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction based on the control group. The clinical efficacy， sex hormones (estradiol [E2]， luteinizing hormone [LH]， follicle stimulating hormone [FSH]) levels， symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine， dysmenorrhea score before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group， and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group， with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score， dysmenorrhea score and sex hormone levels after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction combined with GnRH-a for postoperative patients with ovarian endometriosis can improve clinical efficacy， reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pain score， improve sex hormone levels， and reduce the adverse reactions caused by long-term single administration of GnRH-a drugs， with better therapeutic effect., 百拇医药(王爽 艾小燕 袁媛)
