[摘要]目前我国虽然有大肠癌中医辨证论治的相关规范，但临床大肠癌的辨证分型极为混乱。近年来，我国学者应用文献调查，临床回顾性及前瞻性研究的方法，探讨中医证型、手术与放化疗对大肠癌的影响，为大肠癌中医辨证的规范提供了依据，本文就此做一综述。
