[摘要]老年耐药菌肺炎在临床中的发病比例越来越高，具有较高的死亡率，且单纯西医治疗效果不甚理想。中医药在本病的治疗上有较好的效果。本病与“正气亏虚，浊毒内蕴”关系密切，正气亏虚是发生老年耐药菌肺炎的内在因素，浊毒内蕴是老年耐药菌肺炎的病理基础，两者共同决定本病的临床表现及预后转归。从“扶正化浊”论治老年耐药菌肺炎，使“正气得复，浊毒得化”，为临床辨识老年耐药菌肺炎，提高老年耐药菌肺炎的临床疗效提供新思路。
