补气活血方加减对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓患者白介素-6、C-反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨补气活血方加减对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓患者白介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)的影响。方法 选取2016年1月～2018年3月我院收治的78例骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组患者采用西医基础治疗，观察组患者采用西医基础治疗联合补气活血方加减法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的IL-6、CRP和FIB变化;比较两组患者治疗前后的下肢周径差值;比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后的血清IL-6、CRP、FIB浓度低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组患者治疗后的血清IL-6、CRP、FIB浓度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的髌骨上缘及髌骨下缘15 cm周径差低于治疗前，观察组治疗后的髌骨上缘及髌骨下缘15 cm周径差低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的临床治疗总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的61.54%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 补气活血方加减对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓患者有明显疗效，能明显改善患者血清IL-6、CRP、FIB浓度，有效消除患者下肢深静脉血栓情况，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe on interleukin-6 (IL-6)， C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrinogen (FIB) in patients with deep venous thrombosis after orthopedics surgery. Methods A total of 78 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table method， 78 patients were divided into control group and observation group， 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic western medicine， observation group on the basis of the control group plus Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe. After treatment， the levels of IL-6， CRP and FIB were compared between two groups， the difference of the circumference of the lower limbs between the two groups before and after treatment was compared， and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The levels of IL-6， CRP and FIB in the two groups were lower than before (P<0.05); and observation groups′ indicators were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The 15 cm diameter and circumference difference of patella superior and patella lower margin between the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the 15 cm diameter and circumference difference of patella superior and patella lower margin after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.31%， higher than that of the control group (61.54%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe has obvious curative effect on target patients. It can improve the levels of IL-6， CRP and FIB， and eliminate the deep venous thrombosis.
