[摘要]目的 分析64排螺旋CT在纵隔型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2016年2月～2017年2月我院收治的50例疑似纵隔型肺癌的患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行64排螺旋CT检查，并以术后病理结果作为诊断金标准。分析64排螺旋CT检查的诊断敏感度、特异度和准确性；同时分析64排螺旋CT检查对不同类型肺癌的检出率。结果 64排螺旋CT检查的诊断敏感度、特异度和准确性均相对较高，且与术后病理结果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；64排螺旋CT检查不同发病类型检出率与术后病理结果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 64排螺旋CT在纵隔型肺癌诊断中的应用价值显著，具有较高的诊断敏感度、特异度和准确性，能够准确判别纵隔型肺癌的病情状况。
