前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的效果。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年1月在我院门诊治疗的41例替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者作为研究对象，采用前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗方法，比较患者治疗前后的SNA，SNB，ANB，SND，U1-NA，U1-NA角，L1-NB，L1-NB角。结果 与治疗前比较，患者治疗后的SNA角增大，SNB减小，ANB增大，SND角缩小，U1-NA距离增加，U1-NA角增大，L1-NB距离增加，L1-NB角增大(P<0.05)。结论 前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形具有显著效果，可促进患者的上颌骨生长，抑制下颌骨，矫正骨性Ⅲ类错畸形，改善面形。
