喜炎平注射液氧雾化治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨喜炎平注射液氧雾化治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法 选择2013年7月～2015年7月在我院就诊的慢性咽炎患者88例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(43例)，分别使用喜炎平注射液50 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液4ml氧雾化吸入，庆大霉素注射液80 000 U加地塞米松注射液5 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液5ml氧雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率95.56%，明显高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率为4.44%，明显低于对照组的11.63%(P<0.05)，症状、体征改善和消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 喜炎平注射液氧雾化吸入对慢性咽炎具有显著的临床效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection of oxygen atomizing inhalation treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods 88 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated by our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were chosen.All patients were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (43 cases) according the random number table method and the observation group was given Xiyanping Injection of 50 mg+0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection of 4 ml for oxygen atomizing inhalation ......
