心理护理在门诊患者围术期中的应用分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究门诊围术期患者的焦虑状况,探讨心理护理干预的效果。方法:收集2010年4月~2011年7月在本院门诊围术期患者300例,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组按一般手术常规护理,围术期不给予心理干预。实验组在常规护理基础上在围术期给予心理护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表对两组患者术前和术中焦虑症状分别进行评分,并用多功能监护仪监测围术期患者血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏及氧饱和度。结果:①多数患者在术前存在焦虑症状,实验组和对照组分别为90.5%和91.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术中实验组患者的焦虑症状比术前及同期对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。焦虑评分实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②术中实验组的心率、脉搏、呼吸频率、血压显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:门诊围术期患者术前有明显的焦虑症状,心理护理干预可以明显改善,并且有利于患者围术期生命体征稳定使手术顺利进行,提高了手术效果。

    Application analysis on psychological nursing in terms of outpatients

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the anxiety of patients who is in perioperative period of outpatient service and to discusses the effect of psychological nursing intervention. Methods: Three hundred cases were collected from April 2010 to July 2011 in outpatient of our hospital, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional care preoperative without psychological intervention. Psychological nursing intervention was given to the experimental group besides conventional care in preoperative. The patients of two groups were scored for preoperation and operating respectively with Self- rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and were monitored blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate, pulse and oxygen saturation by multi-functional monitor. Results: The majority of patients suffered from anxiety symptoms before operation, the experimental group and the control group were 90.5% and 91.2% respectively, it had no statistically significance between two groups (P>0.05), and the anxiety symptoms of patients in experimental group were obviously improved during the same period (P<0.01), Anxiety scores was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).
