[摘要] 目的：介绍食管癌根治手术的护理配合方法，评价手术室整体护理的意义。方法：回顾分析2010年1月～2011年8月18例食管癌手术患者的临床病例资料，总结护理配合方法。结果：18例患者手术均顺利，未发生并发症，对手术室护理工作满意。结论：术前准备充分，护士术中配合主动、准确、熟练，缩短了手术时间，保证了手术的顺利进行，促进了患者康复。

    Nursing cooperation with esophageal carcinoma radial surgery

    [Abstract] Objective: To introduce the nursing cooperation methods for the esophageal carcinoma radial surgery and evaluate the significance of the operation room overall nursing. Methods: The clinical data of 18 patients with esophageal carcinoma who received radical surgery from January 2010 to August 2011 were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing cooperation methods were summarized. Results: All the 18 patients had successful surgery, with no complication, and were satisfied with the nursing work of the operation room. Conclusion: Sufficient preoperation and active, accurate and skilled intraoperative cooperation of the nurses shorten the operation time, ensure the successful operation process and promote the rehabilitation of patients. ......
