[摘要] 目的：探讨乳腺癌的CT表现、扫描及诊断与术前的检查价值。方法：在228例女性受检者中，69例乳腺癌均经手术或病理证实。结果：CT扫描可清晰显示乳腺癌结构，69例与病理对照，64例术前诊断与病理结果相符，符合率为92.75%，误诊2例，不能明确诊断3例。结论：CT扫描对乳腺癌的发现和准确诊断有较高的价值，对临床分期及制订治疗计划提供重要的参考价值。

    The value of 64 patients with mammary cancer checked by spiral computed tomograph

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the value of the expression, scanning, diagnoses of CT, and checked in preoperative about mammary cancer. Methods: In 228 subjects, 69 cases were attested by operation or pathology. Results: The scanning of CT could syllabify display the configuration of mammary cancer, the comparison of 69 cases and pathology, 64 cases were coincide with preoperative diagnosis and pathology result,the coincidence was 92.75 percent, 2 cases were misdiagnose, 3 cases can not check diagnoses. Conclusion: The scanning of CT is the best to discover and exactly diagnose mammary cancer, afford importance reference value for treatment plant by stages or map out in clinical. ......
