益脑胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织细胞间黏附分子表达的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察益脑胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达及其影响。方法:用45只Wistar大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、益脑胶囊组,利用线栓法制作大脑中动脉缺血-再灌注模型。使用神经功能评分NSS标准进行评分;免疫组化染色观察再灌注后不同时间点细胞间黏附分子ICAM-1的表达。比较不同实验组相同灌注时间点ICAM-1表达的变化及神经功能改变。结果:局灶性脑缺血再灌注后,相同时间点模型组的神经功能评分和ICAM-1表达均较假手术组升高,治疗组均低于模型组。结论:益脑胶囊通过降低ICAM-1在缺血区的表达,抑制炎症反应,达到健脑益智之功效。

    Effect of Yinao Capsules on the activation of ICAM-1 and the expression of inflammatory cytokine in the cerebral cortex during focal cerebral ischemia in rats

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinao Capsules on the activation and the expression of ICAM-1 in cerebral cortex during focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: Forty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 equal groups: sham operation group, ischemia/reperfusion group, Yinao Capsules group undergoing intragastric administration two weeks before ischemia/reperfusion, the animal models of the MCA ischemia/reperfusion was established in Wistar rats. For every successful model, the neurologic impairment score was run by the Neurological Seerity Scores(NSS); the expression of ICAM-1 at different times after reperfusion was measured by immunohistochemistry. Then compare the change of neural function and the expression of ICAM-1 at different groups in the same time. Results: The expression values of ICAM-1 and NSS in the ischemic group weresignificantly higher than those in the sham operation group, Yinao Capsules group were all significantly lower than those in the ischemic group. Conclusion: Yinao Capsules inhibits the inflammatory reaction by inhibiting the ICAM-1 expression during ischemic region to achieve neuroprotective effect.

    缺血性脑血管病给患者带来严重的损伤,其中炎症级联反应是造成损伤机制中重要的一方面,因此减轻炎症反应对脑保护作用尤其重要。现已明确,炎症级联反应中细胞间黏附分子起着主要作用。因此如果某种药物可以通过影响细胞间黏附分子的表达而减轻炎症反应,则对缺血性脑血管病有重要的意义 ......
