【摘要】 近年来， 肿瘤免疫治疗， 特别是免疫检测点抑制剂在临床试验中取得了突破性进展， 研究领域覆盖了转移性黑色素瘤、肺癌、肾癌、结直肠癌等多种类型肿瘤， 已成为晚期实体肿瘤治疗的重要策略。然而， 寻找有效的预测疗效的生物标志物， 探索不同的联合治疗模式等问题还需深入研究， 通过科学地选择治疗人群和模式， 才能实现肿瘤患者个体化和精准治疗。
