     因此，前列腺癌粒子植入近距离放射治疗是一种有效根治前列腺癌的方法，其疗效肯定、创伤小、并发症少。随着放射肿瘤学和影像学技术的发展，近距离治疗计划系统的进一步完善，前列腺癌的放射性粒子植入近距离治疗有望成为替代前列腺癌根治术的治疗方式。然而作为一种放射治疗，还是有相应的并发症。如何通过更加准确的粒子植入和更加精确的剂量分布，以尽可能减少术后并发症，需要不断地探索。
