脂肪间充质干细胞与HGF在胃溃疡治疗中的作用(1)

     【摘要】消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer，PU)是全球性常见病，其高复发率仍是当前PU治疗中的一大难题。而脂肪间充质干细胞(adipose derived stem cell，ADSC)具有多向分化能力，以及分泌肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor，HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)等生长因子的特性。因此，利用ADSC移植治疗胃溃疡，或可增强胃溃疡患者的胃黏膜屏障，有望成为一种新颖的治疗手段。本文就PU的治疗现状、ADSC和HGF的生物学特性、ADSC和HGF的相关研究进展作一综述。
