血清β2-微球蛋白测定在良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的应用

【摘要】 目的 通过检测血清中β2-微球蛋白,评价其在鉴别良恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法 采用散射比浊法测定33例良性肿瘤患者与38例恶性肿瘤患者血清β2-微球蛋白的含量并与与41例健康对照组比较,对所测得的数据用配对t检验进行统计学处理,计算t值。结果 恶性肿瘤患者组血清β2-微球蛋白含量显著高于良性肿瘤组与健康对照组(P<0.01),良性肿瘤组与健康对照组血清β2-微球蛋白含量差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 测定患者血清中的β2-微球蛋白对良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective Through the examination blood serum in β2- the microballoons protein, appraises it to distinguish in the good m alignant tumor the application value.
