BCA法测神奇灵颗粒剂中蛋白含量

【摘要】 目的 对神奇灵颗粒剂中的蛋白含量进行测定，建立一种快速测定药品中蛋白含量的方法。方法 对样品溶解、过滤后，采用BCA法，以牛血清白蛋白作为对照品，测定吸光度，并做精密度、样品重现性、加样回收实验。结果 用本法得到样品含量为48.09%，RSD=0.11%；平均回收率为98.81%，RSD=0.51%。结论 应用BCA测蛋白法可作为含有蛋白的药品制剂中蛋白含量的测定方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine total protein in Shenqiling granules,and establish the methodology to assay protein level in drugs. Methods After filtering the samples,take bovine serum albumin as control article,use BCA to determine the absorbance,and then do the tests for precision,reproducibility,average recovery. Results The average content of the samples was 48.09% in the precision experiment,RSD=0.11%(n=6). The average recovery was 98.81%,RSD=0.51%. Conclusion The method in this paper can be used for determining protein in drugs.
