桡骨小头假体置换治疗桡骨小头粉碎性骨折(1)
【摘要】 目的报告采用人工桡骨头置换治疗桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折的早期疗效。方法 本组16例桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折，均采用人工桡骨头假体置换治疗。结果 16例桡骨头骨折中，按Mason 分类 Ⅲ型14 例， Ⅳ型2 例，由于车祸致桡骨头骨折5例，摔倒11例。患者全部得到了随访，随访5～36 个月，平均随访15个月，按Broberg 标准进行综合评定，优9例，良4 例，可1例，差2 例。结论 人工桡骨头假体置换是桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折的可选治疗方法之一，其远期疗效需要进一步探讨和随访；手术的适应证应严格掌握，手术治疗难度虽不大，但术前应做好周密的准备，没有手术经验的医师尽量不要尝试；术后科学的介入康复对功能恢复十分重要。【关键词】 桡骨小头； 骨折，粉碎性； 假体置换术
