高位挂线低位切开缝合治疗高位复杂性肛瘘68例
【摘要】 采用高位挂线低位切开缝合术配合术后中药坐浴治疗68例高位复杂性肛瘘，1次治愈65例，2次治愈2例，3次治愈1例，治愈率100%。治愈时间17~50 d，平均25.1 d。术后随访半年至三年，无复发及肛门失禁、肛门移位、肛门畸形等后遗症，肛门功能正常。【关键词】中西医结合;高位复杂性肛瘘；高位挂线低位切开缝合
