吻合器在结肠造口术中的应用观察
【摘要】 目的 探讨结肠造口术中使用吻合器的技巧及优点。方法 对2002年5月至2008年5月应用管形吻合器进行结肠造口术的36例患者就手术方法及并发症进行回顾性分析及随访。结果 36例病例其中行Miles手术29例，Hart mann手术5例，单纯结肠造瘘术2例，术后人工肛门无出血、无坏死、无狭窄。结论 应用吻合器进行结肠人工造口，手术简单，人工肛门形态美观，具有并发症少，护理方便等优点。【关键词】吻合器；结肠造口术
The practice of circular anastomosis stapler in sigmoidostomy

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value and the technique of circular stapler to sigmoidostomy.Methods 36 cases of sigmoidostomy with circular stapler were performed from May 2002 to May 2008.Results
36 cases of which 29 cases of surgery mils line,Hartmann surgery five cases,two cases of simple colstomy,the appearance and the function of the artificial anus were good.Conclusion Using circular stapler to perform sigmoidostomy is a simple way, artificial anus ie well shaped and has instant care,but few complication.
