摘要 近年来作为中风病重要并发症的中风后抑郁，其发病率越来越高，严重阻碍了中风患者肢体功能恢复及生活自理能力的提高。而中医药在治疗中风后抑郁方面卓有成效，本文对中风后抑郁的中医治疗方法进行综述，包括针灸、中药、针药结合及其他中医方法，并对目前治疗中存在的问题进行展望。
