光动力学疗法对兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响(1)

     [摘要]目的:评价光动力学疗法对兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响。 方法:将实验对象随机分成四组,分别为光动力学治疗组、激光治疗组、单纯光敏剂组及对照组,针对瘢痕愈合过程进行干预,观察并检测干预后1月、2月及6月各组的瘢痕增生情况,病理学变化以及成纤维细胞凋亡情况,就各组对瘢痕的影响进行比较、分析和评估。 结果:各组均经历了一个损伤至愈合的过程,其中光动力学治疗组瘢痕增生最不明显,成纤维细胞及胶原纤维于损伤初期排列最为紊乱,后期恢复最整齐,伴胶原纤维明显增生,该组成纤维细胞凋亡指标变化最为明显。 结论:光动力学治疗能有效预防并治疗增生性瘢痕,尤其是激光能量密度为7.5 J/cm2~8.0J/cm2的治疗组效果尤为明显,差异存在统计学意义。

    Effects of photodynamic therapy on hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ears

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo assess the effects of photodynamic therapy on hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ears.MethodsDivide the experimental subject into groups by random, which are the group of photodynamic therapy,the group of laser therapy, photosensitizer group and control group. Intervene the process of cicatrization, and observe and detect the situation of cicatrization, the change of pathology and the apoptosis of fibroblast after 1 month,2 months and 6 months, to campare, analyse and evaluate the effects of groups.ResultsAll groups go through a process from injury to cicatrization,and among them,the manifestation of hypertrophic scar of the group of photodynamic therapy is the least obvious. At first the arrangement of fibroblast and the collagen fibrils is the most disorderly,and at last which of them is the most orderly,with the hypertrophy obviously of collagen fibrils. In this group, the index of apoptosis of fibroblast changes the most obviously.ConclusionsPhotodynamic therapy appears to be effective in prophylaxis and treatment of hypertrophic scar, and it is more effective with the group of energy density from 7.5J/cm2 to8.0J/cm2,and there is statistical significance with the difference group.

    增生性瘢痕(HSFB)属于病理性瘢痕,通常发生于累及真皮深层的创伤修复之后,除对外观产生严重影响外,发生于特定部位还会引起一定程度的功能障碍,其成因与成纤维细胞过度增殖、凋亡不足或延迟、胶原纤维过度合成沉积密切相关[1]。本研究采用光动力学疗法针对创伤愈合过程进行一定干预,旨在了解该方法对预防和治疗增生性瘢痕的影响。
