【摘要】 目的 观察针刺配合神经生长因子治疗外伤性截瘫的临床疗效。方法 将60例外伤性截瘫患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)，对照组单纯用神经生长因子治疗，治疗组采用针刺配合神经生长因子的方案治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果 对照组的有效率是76.67%， 治疗组的有效率是93.33%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 针刺配合神经生长因子治疗外伤性截瘫的疗效优于单纯用神经生长因子治疗。

    Observing the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with the nerve growth factor on 30 cases of traumatic paraplegia

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with the nerve growth factor injection on traumatic paraplegia. Methods Sixty cases of traumatic paraplegia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and medicine control group (n=30), the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with the nerve growth factor,the medicine control group were treated by simple the nerve growth factor, their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The effective rate were 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the medicine control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The acupuncture combined with the nerve growth factor injection has a better therapeutic effect than only the nerve growth factor injection on traumatic paraplegia. ......
